綠色展會(huì)倡議

尊敬的各位口腔同仁、合作伙伴及觀眾朋友：

Sino-Dental致力于推動(dòng)行業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展，將綠色理念貫穿辦展觀展全程。我們誠(chéng)邀您以行動(dòng)赴約，讓每一次展會(huì)都成為對(duì)環(huán)保的助力，共同打造一場(chǎng)低碳、高效、有溫度的行業(yè)盛會(huì)。

為此，我們發(fā)出以下倡議：

1.減塑減廢，從細(xì)節(jié)做起：減少一次性水杯、餐盒等使用，優(yōu)先選擇可重復(fù)環(huán)保材質(zhì)用品；展商遴選綠色配套服務(wù)商，加大模塊化、可拆裝、可重復(fù)利用環(huán)保材料比例、杜絕過(guò)度裝潢，精簡(jiǎn)各類物料包裝，撤展時(shí)分類回收搭建物料與剩余樣品，攜手做好垃圾分類，讓每一份物品都更“輕”一點(diǎn)。

2.低碳出行，共減觀展碳足跡：優(yōu)先選擇地鐵、公交等公共交通前往展館，讓綠色出行成為觀展新風(fēng)尚，用腳步為地球減負(fù)。

3.數(shù)字賦能，告別紙質(zhì)浪費(fèi)：減少印刷品消耗，通過(guò)展會(huì)微網(wǎng)站、官方公眾號(hào)查詢展商信息、學(xué)術(shù)日程與展館導(dǎo)航；鼓勵(lì)展商采用數(shù)字展示技術(shù)推介產(chǎn)品，減少大批量紙質(zhì)彩頁(yè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)派發(fā)，讓信息傳遞更高效、更環(huán)保。

在專業(yè)交流中探索前沿，在展會(huì)細(xì)節(jié)里踐行環(huán)保。讓我們以點(diǎn)滴行動(dòng)，共建清潔有序、低碳高效的展會(huì)環(huán)境，共筑口腔行業(yè)的綠色未來(lái)。

 Green Exhibition Initiative

Dear Dental Professionals, Partners, and Visitors:

Sino-Dental is dedicated to advancing sustainable development across the industry, integrating green concepts throughout every stage of exhibition preparation and onsite attendance. We warmly invite you to join us in this commitment, ensuring that every edition of the show contributes to environmental protection, and together creating a low-carbon, efficient, and inspiring industry gathering.

To achieve this, we put forward the following proposals:

1. Cut Plastic and Waste, Starting with the Details: Minimize the use of disposable items such as water cups and food containers, prioritizing reusable and eco-friendly alternatives. We encourage exhibitors to select qualified green service providers, increase the proportion of modular, demountable, and recyclable booth materials, and refrain from excessive decoration. We also encourage streamlining material packaging, as well as sorting and recycling leftover booth materials and product samples upon dismantling, working together to practice waste sorting so that every resource is used more efficiently.

2. Opt for Low-Carbon Commutes to Reduce Our Collective Carbon Footprint: We highly recommend choosing public transportation, such as subways and buses, to reach the exhibition venue. Let green mobility become the new norm for all attendees, taking steps together to reduce our collective environmental impact.

3. Go Digital to Eliminate Paper Waste: Reduce reliance on printed materials by accessing exhibitor information, academic schedules, and venue navigation through the exhibition's mobile-app and official WeChat Official Account. We encourage exhibitors to adopt digital display technologies to showcase products, slashing the bulk distribution of printed leaflets and brochures on-site to make information sharing both more efficient and sustainable.

As we explore cutting-edge advancements through professional communication, let us also practice environmental responsibility in every detail of the exhibition. Through our collective, everyday actions, we can build a clean, orderly, low-carbon, and highly efficient exhibition environment, jointly fostering a sustainable future for the dental industry.
