潘鋒出席第六屆中國(guó)國(guó)際消費(fèi)品博覽會(huì)啟動(dòng)儀式

     4月13日上午，第六屆中國(guó)國(guó)際消費(fèi)品博覽會(huì)暨2026“購(gòu)在中國(guó)”國(guó)際消費(fèi)季啟動(dòng)儀式在海南海口隆重舉行，盛會(huì)正式啟幕。本屆消博會(huì)是“十五五”開(kāi)局首場(chǎng)國(guó)家級(jí)經(jīng)貿(mào)展會(huì)，也是海南自貿(mào)港全島封關(guān)運(yùn)作落地后的首場(chǎng)國(guó)家級(jí)開(kāi)放盛會(huì)，備受全球經(jīng)貿(mào)市場(chǎng)矚目。歐中經(jīng)濟(jì)合作與發(fā)展理事會(huì)理事長(zhǎng)、上海中歐中心理事長(zhǎng)潘鋒受邀出席開(kāi)幕式。活動(dòng)期間，潘鋒與加拿大國(guó)際貿(mào)易部長(zhǎng)馬寧德·西杜會(huì)晤，圍繞中加經(jīng)貿(mào)往來(lái)、跨境消費(fèi)合作、自貿(mào)港產(chǎn)業(yè)聯(lián)動(dòng)等領(lǐng)域開(kāi)展務(wù)實(shí)交流，共探雙向經(jīng)貿(mào)合作新機(jī)遇。

     國(guó)務(wù)院副總理何立峰在致辭中表示，我國(guó)堅(jiān)定不移擴(kuò)大高水平對(duì)外開(kāi)放，依托消博會(huì)搭建全球消費(fèi)精品互通平臺(tái)，充分釋放海南自貿(mào)港封關(guān)運(yùn)作制度紅利，持續(xù)擴(kuò)大優(yōu)質(zhì)消費(fèi)品進(jìn)口，深化國(guó)際經(jīng)貿(mào)文旅協(xié)作，共享中國(guó)超大內(nèi)需市場(chǎng)，攜手助力全球經(jīng)濟(jì)復(fù)蘇回暖。

     本屆消博會(huì)由商務(wù)部、海南省人民政府共同主辦，以開(kāi)放引領(lǐng)全球消費(fèi)，創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)美好生活為主題，加拿大擔(dān)任本屆主賓國(guó)。展會(huì)匯聚60余個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū)優(yōu)質(zhì)資源，聚焦跨境消費(fèi)、國(guó)際貿(mào)易、產(chǎn)業(yè)雙向投資，同步開(kāi)展多場(chǎng)經(jīng)貿(mào)對(duì)接、新品首發(fā)、文旅交流活動(dòng)，全力打造世界級(jí)消費(fèi)精品展示交易平臺(tái)，持續(xù)深化中外經(jīng)貿(mào)務(wù)實(shí)合作，助推消費(fèi)市場(chǎng)高質(zhì)量開(kāi)放發(fā)展。

  Pan Feng Attends the Launch Ceremony of the 6th China International Consumer Products Expo

On the morning of April 13, the launch ceremony of the 6th China International Consumer Products Expo (CICPE) and the 2026 “Shop in China” International Consumption Season was grandly held in Haikou, Hainan, marking the official opening of the event. As the first national-level economic and trade exhibition of the “15th Five-Year Plan” period, and the first major national-level open event following the implementation of island-wide independent customs operations at the Hainan Free Trade Port, this year's Expo has attracted significant global attention. Pan Feng, President of ECECDC and Chairman of CEPCTE, was invited to attend the opening ceremony. During the event, Pan Feng met with Maninder Sidhu, Canada's Minister of International Trade, and held in-depth exchanges on China–Canada economic and trade relations, cross-border consumption cooperation, and industrial linkages under the Free Trade Port framework, exploring new opportunities for bilateral cooperation.

In his remarks, Vice Premier He Lifeng stated that China remains firmly committed to expanding high-level opening-up, leveraging the Expo as a global platform for premium consumer goods exchange, fully unlocking the institutional dividends of the Hainan Free Trade Port, and continuously expanding imports of high-quality consumer products. He also emphasized strengthening international cooperation in trade, culture, and tourism, sharing the opportunities of China's vast consumer market, and jointly contributing to global economic recovery.

The Expo is jointly hosted by the Ministry of Commerce and the People's Government of Hainan Province, under the theme Opening Up for Global Consumption, Innovation for a Better Life, with Canada serving as the Guest Country of Honor. The event brings together high-quality resources from over 60 countries and regions, focusing on cross-border consumption, international trade, and two-way industrial investment. A series of supporting activities—including business matchmaking, new product launches, and cultural and tourism exchanges—are being held concurrently, aiming to build a world-class platform for the display and trade of premium consumer goods, deepen pragmatic international economic and trade cooperation, and promote high-quality, open development of the consumer market.
