河北海乾威鋼管有限公司創(chuàng)建于2010年，占地210畝，建筑面積6萬平米，擁有2條自動化流水線專業(yè)生產(chǎn)直縫埋弧焊鋼管，設計年產(chǎn)能40萬噸，產(chǎn)品廣泛應用于國內(nèi)外油氣輸送、中高低溫壓力容器管道、高層建筑、海洋樁管等多個市場領域。

我公司生產(chǎn)直縫埋弧焊鋼管外徑為406-1422mm，壁厚6.35-50mm，可執(zhí)行API SPEC 5L酸性服役、ASTM A671、ASTM A672、ASTM A691、CE PED/CPR等多種規(guī)范。我公司可對鋼管進行包括FBE、PE、PP防腐以及內(nèi)部環(huán)氧內(nèi)減阻涂層，還可以提供海底輸送用水泥配重管道。

我公司建立了完整的ISO-HSE質(zhì)量、安全、環(huán)境管理體系，并在世界多個國家注冊WIPO馬德里商標。我公司實驗室取得CNAS頒發(fā)的ISO17025證書。

海乾威人持續(xù)開發(fā)更加廣闊的國內(nèi)和國際市場，持續(xù)向世界著名油氣公司如阿布扎比ADNOC、法國TOTAL、英國BP、泰國PTTEP、科威特KOC、埃及GASCO和阿爾及利亞司Sonatrach等供應天然氣管線管。

2025年7月1日，海乾威鋼管正式加入天津友發(fā)鋼管集團，友發(fā)鋼管集團創(chuàng)立于2000年，于2020年12月4日在上海證券交易所主板首發(fā)上市，目前擁有10個生產(chǎn)基地，主要生產(chǎn)高頻焊接圓管及方矩管、熱鍍鋅管、鋼塑復合管、螺旋管、不銹鋼管及管件等產(chǎn)品，年產(chǎn)銷量突破2200萬噸，產(chǎn)值600億元。海乾威鋼管加入友發(fā)集團后，將補全友發(fā)鋼管高端石油用管的板塊，在上市公司的加持下海乾威鋼管將向著更高端市場發(fā)起挑戰(zhàn)。

Hebei Haiqianwei Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. (HSPC) was founded in 2010, covering an area of 140,000㎡ with workshop area of 60,000㎡, my company has two automatic production lines specializing in the production of Longitudinal Submerged Arc Welding steel pipe (LSAW) which is widely used in domestic and international oil and gas transmission line pipe, high and low temperature and pressure alloy steel pipelines, high-buildings, Marine pipe and other market fields. The design capacity is 400,000 tons per year.

Our products LSAW steel pipe’s Out-Diameter range is 406-1422mm, the wall thickness range is 6.35-50mm, we can apply with the American Petroleum Institute pipeline standard API SPEC 5L and the American standard ASTM for Electric Fusion Welding (EFW) pipes for medium and low temperature pressure pipe standard ASTM A671, ASTM A672 and ASTM A691, European pressure vessels and structural pipes CE PED/CPR and other worldwide standards for pressure and structural pipes. Our company also has anti-corrosion equipment, which can automatically coat and prevent corrosion on the steel pipe, including FBE, 2LPE, 2LPP, 3LPE, 3LPP and Internal Epoxy lining and can also provide Cement Weight Coating (CWC) pipes for sub-sea linepipe.

HSPC has established a complete ISO-HSE quality, safety and environmental management system, and obtained a number of world-class product certifications such as API Spec 5L, CE PED & CPR and ISO17025 laboratory certificate. Our company has registered WIPO Madrid trademark, has been approved by the United States, Germany, United Kingdom, Australia and Singapore.

HSPC continues to develop a broader domestic and international market, and continue to supply natural gas pipelines to the world famous oil and gas clients and EPC companies such as ADNOC, KOC, SONATRACH, GASCO, PTTEP, PETROFAC, TECHNIP FMC, TECHNIMONT, LARSEN & TOUBRO, SAMSUNG ENGINEERING etc.

On July 1, 2025, Haiqianwei Steel Pipe officially joined the Tianjin Youfa Steel Pipe Group. Founded in 2000 and listed on the main board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange on December 4, 2020, Youfa Steel Pipe Group currently operates 10 production bases. It primarily manufactures high-frequency welded round pipes, square and rectangular pipes, hot-dip galvanized pipes, steel-plastic composite pipes, spiral pipes, stainless steel pipes and fittings. With an annual production and sales volume exceeding 22 million metric tons, the Group generates an output value of 60 billion RMB.

Following its integration into Youfa Group, Haiqianwei Steel Pipe will complete Youfa's product portfolio in the high-end petroleum pipe sector. Backed by the resources of the listed parent company, Haiqianwei Steel Pipe will challenge higher-end market segments.
